Ricciotti claims to the aesthetics of the poor, the vulgar, the low-tech as energetic materials. The conceptual ways that he explores play tension between optimism and negativity; the complexity of the real, the cross breading of cultures, the mixture in fields of speech and social behaviour, are inoculate to his beliefs on architecture. Fictional, narrative, disruptive, Rudy Ricciotti's architecture reactivates incoherence and bases its operational criticism on the questioning of art.
