EUROPAN A LA CARTE
Croatian television hosted the main stakeholders of the Europan 15 competition – Damir Mandić, the Mayor of Karlovac, and Helena Knifić Schaps, President of Europan Croatia – in the cultural program Art a la carte on the occasion of adoption of the Urban Development Plan for the former Luščić barracks in Karlovac, based on E15 winning project. The programme included the footage recorded on the competition site and interviews with the representative of the winning team Jana Horvat and the president of the jury Leo Modrčin, providing the viewers with a complete overview of the winning entry The fantastic forest phenomenon, reasons for its selection, and the timeline of the 3 year process of development and adoption of the Urban Development Plan Luščić-center. The implementation of the plan begins with designing of the primary school and kindergarten for 350 children.
